Customer Service
Erie Insurance has received mixed reviews from customers. On one hand, some customers have had positive experiences with their customer service. Alex Healey and Tristin Hacker both praised the friendly and motivated service they received, with Alex specifically mentioning that Nick went above and beyond to help with his policies. Policies and Rates
