Our Team
John Wheeler, the current owner and licensed agent, joined the family business in 1999 after teaching special education for several years. He is an active member of the Rotary Club of Lake City, Chamber of Commerce, Boy Scouts Troop 85, and Hopeful Baptist Church. Melissa Harden, a Personal Lines Agent, has been with the agency for many years, specializing in auto, home, boat, RV, and motorcycle insurance. She is a Disney fanatic, a proud mother of four, and a loving grandmother of eight. Hannah Beth Wood, our Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative, specializes in Workers' Compensation and Payroll Services. Hannah is an enthusiastic gardener, a dog mama, and has embarked on the adventure of visiting all 50 states.
