Consistently Excellent Service
Many reviewers have provided glowing reviews of Kathy Schultze and her team at State Farm. They have praised the office for its friendly and efficient service, with one reviewer stating that they have been "absolutely a pleasure Just to converse with." Another reviewer described Ceil as "great to work with" and highly recommended Kathy and her agency.
Mixed Experience
However, some reviewers have had negative experiences with the office. Happy Bee had a poor experience, stating that the office was dishonest and unhelpful. They claimed that they were given conflicting information by different agents and were charged unfairly. Another reviewer, P.
