Our History
Aljay Insurance Brokerage Ltd. was founded in 1959 by Isidor and Rebecca Cohen. Over the years, the company has been led by three generations of family members, including our current President, Greer A. Florea. Greer's dedication to customer service and her extensive knowledge of the insurance industry have earned her a reputation as a trusted insurance professional.

- Greer A. Florea, President: Greer is the third generation to lead Aljay Insurance Brokerage Ltd. She has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry and has been licensed in multiple states. Greer is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our clients have the proper coverage for their needs.
- John G. Florea, Vice President: John joined Aljay Insurance Brokerage Ltd. in 2013 and has over 15 years of experience in the insurance industry. He has been licensed in multiple states and is committed to providing personalized service to our clients.
- Jaclyn D. Areskog, Licensed Broker: Jaclyn joined Aljay Insurance Brokerage Ltd. in 2017 and has been a NYS Licensed Broker in Property and Casualty Insurance since 2017. She graduated from SUNY Farmingdale and is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.
- Farryl (Cohen) Lang, Licensed Broker: Farryl has been a NYS licensed Broker in Property and Casualty Insurance, as well as Life, Accident, and Health since 2003. She has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry and is passionate about helping our clients make informed insurance decisions.
