Similarly I would give them top marks for all those intangibles which I appreciate. They are very easy to work with, responsive, and present options it concise, easily digestible manner.
I would strongly recommend looking into them to partner with on managing your insurance requirements.

I have had great experiences with this agency. A few years ago I I worked with David O'Connell who worked patiently to find us a good insurance solution over Christmas when our old insurer cancelled and Geico was unable to help. More recently I have worked with Sonia Carneiro. She patiently explained the pros and cons of quotes from various sources. We just got a puppy not covered by our existing policy and she identified which insurers will consider our dog breed an acceptable risk and found a very reasonably priced solution. I would highly recommend this agency and Sonia, especially if you have a dog breed that are considered risky

As a small remodeling business in Springfield MA of 14 years, I switched all my insurance; auto, liability, worker's comp to a bundle with Kovalev Insurance. I will save thousands this year and they did all the work setting it up. I waited a few months to leave a review to see if there would be issues. The agent didn’t just mindlessly propose some insurance option; instead, he first took the time to explain our situation in detail and with patience, the reasons why we found ourselves in it, and then carefully went through all the options available to us until we arrived at the optimal one. There are not enough words to express how grateful I am to Chris Schneider at Kovalev Insurance Agency! I found myself in a position where many carriers did not want to even offer me a business policy due to a prior pending claim, and any policies that were offered were astronomical. Chris stuck with me and through the process. He was very responsive throughout the process, found a carrier that asked a lot of questions and would listen to the circumstances. Top notch experience working with DOC. I reached out to several independent agencies for quotes, and David at Kovalev really stood out with the comprehensiveness of his answers, thorough guidance, and follow-up. We could not recommend Kovalev Insurance, specifically David O'Connell ("DOC") enough!! If you are looking for an adviser to help you navigate through any and all insurance-related matters, look no further than to DOC. We are first time homebuyers and had a ton of questions - DOC always responded promptly, made us feel comfortable asking any and all of our questions, and helped us to to actually understand what we are paying for as part of our insurance policies. I worked with Leo and Sonia at Kovalev Insurance. I cannot recommend them more. I had a new house that I was having trouble getting homeowners quotes for. Unlike the previous broker I was dealing with, the team was fast in getting me quotes and super responsive. When there was an issue with payment on closing, Leo, Sonia and team made sure to work with our lawyers and mortgage company to get it rectified. I knew I was in good hands with Kovalev and am planning to use them for the new car I am buying as well.

My husband and I were looking to replace our auto insurance with another company's. I looked for insurance agencies online and Kovalev was by far superior to the other two I contacted. Kovalev's agent, Katya, was so responsive, helpful, and interested in what I needed. She offered several quotes for auto insurance from different companies, explaining their different features. She was very clear and knowledgeable about all my questions. She followed up in a timely way and we have the new policy now. Katya responded to me in a way that let me know she was really working for me and interested in my business. I can't say that about the other agencies.
