He is a graduate of Bowen (Little Rock), 1998, and has a Master of Science in Education from Harding University, 1995, as well as a Bachelor of Arts from Harding University, 1992. James is also a member of the Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce, Little Rock Air Force Base Community Council member, and Delta Waterfowl Member.
