Terrible Customer Service and Claims Process

All three reviewers had a terrible experience with Century Mutual Insurance Company, citing poor customer service and a flawed claims process. Glenn Brown's pipe burst claim was denied, and he was unable to get answers from the company's customer service. Jewel Dahahr had her policy canceled after two hurricanes, and she felt that the company's adjusters were unfair and didn't provide accurate information about the cost of repairs. Brittany Pearce was unhappy with the slow pace of the claims and reimbursement process, and felt that communication was lacking.

Lack of Transparency

Reviewers felt that the company was not transparent about the claims process and the evaluation of their homes. Jewel Dahahr mentioned that the adjusters used by the company were not upfront about the cost of repairs, and Brittany Pearce had to constantly follow up to get updates on her claim.
