- Non-Executive Director Leigh Smart: With over 30 years of insurance experience, Leigh is a seasoned professional who has founded and sold his own insurance business. He is also a partner in Jemco Racing, involved in Historic and GT racing.
- Chief Executive Kevin Hancock: Kevin has over 20 years of insurance experience and is a Chartered Insurance Broker. He is a founding member of the Newmarket Network and chairs the CII's Society of Insurance Broking.
- Managing Director Laura Hancock: Laura has over 25 years of insurance experience and is a qualified Member of the Institute of Leadership & Management. She is also Chairman of The British Insurance Brokers Association's (BIBA) Anglia region.
- Commercial Director Simon Miller: Simon has over 20 years of insurance experience and has worked for several prominent insurance companies. He has a wealth of knowledge across all classes of business and specializes in the media and entertainment sector.
- Finance Director Becky Glover: Becky is a qualified Accounting Technician (AAT) and Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA). She has spoken at numerous business and finance events, including the World Finance Forum.
- Broking Manager Shari Storey: Shari has over 5 years of insurance experience and is Cert CII qualified. She has worked for several prominent insurance companies and is passionate about netball and socializing outside of work.
- Client Executive Jo Hocking: Jo has over 25 years of insurance experience and has worked for several prominent insurance companies. She is ACII qualified and is passionate about insurance and providing excellent client service.
