The Fite Agency is a full-service independent insurance agency founded by Frank and Sherri Fite in 2004. Frank, the agency's founder, has been in the insurance industry for over two decades. Prior to starting the Fite Agency, he owned and managed multiple Nationwide Insurance agencies for seven years before transitioning to an independent agent in 2009. Sherri, a graduate of Texas A&M University, class of '97, brought her expertise as a Human Resources professional and Marketing Manager for Home Depot for ten years to the agency.

The Fite Agency is headquartered in Cedar Hill, Texas, where Frank and Sherri reside with their three sons, Kyle, Austin, and Luke. As an independent insurance agency, the Fite Agency is not limited to any one carrier but is appointed with many major carriers.
