Our Leadership

Howell F. Wallace, our Chief Executive Officer, has been leading Pratt Insurance for the past 47 years. After serving honorably in the United States Marine Corps from 1963 to 1969, Howell joined the Pratt Insurance team in 1974. He was named President & CEO in 1976 and has since consistently demonstrated an unwavering commitment to upholding Pratt's legacy as a trusted insurance partner and industry leader.
