Our principal agent and founder, Traci Willis Layne, is a 2nd generation insurance agent with over 20 years of experience in the business. She took over her father's insurance agency in 2012 and is currently licensed to write business in 13 states. Along with being an insurance agent, Traci is also a licensed massage therapist and certified personal trainer. She prides herself on being very service-oriented to her clients.

Our commercial manager, Tammy Mangrum, has been in the Insurance Industry for 33 years. She has experience working on Fortune 500 and above healthcare business, Governmental Public Entity business, and has underwritten Mortgage Banker and Broker E&O and Fidelity business. Some of her favorite things to work on today are Entertainment Related Risks, Contractors, and Farms.

Angela Estes, our personal lines producer, has been with the agency for 9 years. She specializes in treating clients like family and is extremely kindhearted. She lives in Old Hickory, TN, and is married with 2 grown sons. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, designing and hand writing cards, refinishing/painting furniture, and traveling.
