Vanessa Bucklin, Agent / Owner

Vanessa's journey with insurance began with her grandfather, one of Conrad's first insurance agents. Inspired by his legacy, she founded Pondera County Insurance in 2013, driven by her passion for helping people achieve financial security. Vanessa's expertise lies in estate planning and asset protection, particularly for family farms and generational transitions. Possessing a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Summa Cum Laude, from UNLV, and an MBA from the University of Montana, Vanessa's academic background is complemented by her 15 years of experience in lending as a Vice President and Commercial and Agricultural Loan Officer.

Beyond insurance, Vanessa is a Force of nature, dedicating her time to her family - her husbandTyler, a school superintendent, farmer, and ultra-runner, and their three children: Claire, Nicholas, and Coco. A published author, Vanessa's commitment to personal growth extends to her hobbies, which include marathon and ultra-marathon running.

Kenzie Greer, Agent / Property & Casualty Account Manager

Kenzie joined the PCI team in 2016, bringing years of experience in the insurance industry, fueled by her family's longstanding involvement. As our Property & Casualty Account Manager and licensed agent, Kenzie specializes in Commercial and Farm Property & Casualty Insurance. With a deep understanding of local needs, she works tirelessly to find coverage solutions that meet the specific requirements of farmers and business owners across Montana.

When not assisting clients, Kenzie enjoys spending time with her two active daughters, Hannah and Kambria, and her husband, Jimmy, owner of the local barber shop, the Rusty Blade. Her free time is filled with activities like reading, knitting, hiking, fishing, camping, and cherishing moments with her loved ones.

Kiley Judisch, Agent / Customer Service Representative

Kiley joined Pondera County Insurance in 2014, bringing her expertise in personal lines insurance and customer service. As a licensed P&C agent, she assists clients with all their home and auto insurance needs. Kiley's passion for country music often finds her at concerts, especially those featuring her favorite artist, Eric Church. Her love for the outdoors drives her to spend weekends exploring the mountains with her family, creating unforgettable memories.
