Alaska Public Risk Alliance

We are the Alaska Public Risk Alliance, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing stable, cost-effective risk coverage and quality loss control services for Alaskan local governments. Our mission is to empower member communities by pooling resources and expertise to meet their unique risk management and coverage needs. We have been serving Alaskas municipalities and school districts for almost four decades, bringing together two programs that have been meeting the needs of Alaskas communities. Our team of experts has a deep understanding of the complex and unique needs of our members, and we are committed to providing unmatched benefits for our members. We recognize that every community and school district is unique, and we aim to provide tailored solutions to address their current and potential risks. Our risk management programs are designed to provide long-term sustainability and value for our members. We are governed by a 12-member Board of Directors, which sets our policies and priorities, and serves as the connection between the pool and its members.
