Iowa Insurance Agency, Inc. is a family-owned and operated insurance agency that has been serving the Des Moines area for over 20 years. Our agency is dedicated to providing prompt and courteous service, with experienced and committed customer service representatives who are dedicated to serving all of your insurance needs.

Our History

Our agency was founded in 1972 by Duane Miller, who had been in the insurance business since 1970. Duane started out as a field representative for INA Insurance Company and later became an agent for Farmers Insurance Group. In 1972, he started his own insurance agency, which eventually merged with Iowa Insurance Agency, Inc. in 1981. Under Duane's leadership, our agency has continued to grow and expand its services to meet the needs of our customers.

Our Staff

We are proud to have a team of knowledgeable and dedicated insurance professionals who are committed to providing exceptional service to our clients. Our staff includes experienced and licensed insurance professionals, such as Sandi Zentner, who has been with our agency since 1984, and Jennifer Smith, who joined our team in 2011.
