At Lewis Insurance Associates, we are a full-service independent insurance agency dedicated to helping individuals, families, and businesses manage their risk by offering a wide range of policies from multiple insurance companies. Our mission is to provide friendly, personalized service in the protection of assets through insurance products. We understand the importance of giving back to our local community and are actively involved in supporting various organizations, such as Hope House and the YMCA.
Our History
Our agency has a rich history dating back to 1973 when James A. Lewis Insurance Agency, Inc. officially opened its doors as a full-service Property, Casualty, Life & Disability agency. Over the years, we have evolved to meet the changing needs of our clients, and in 2004, the agency was purchased by current President, John W. Atkins, III, CIC. Today, we have grown to a team of nine staff members, eight of whom are licensed insurance agents.
