Our story began in 1986 when Pat Fandrich, alongside her father Bob Nordgren, decided to open an insurance office in West Bridgewater. As the business grew, Bob retired and made room for his granddaughter Kim Panos to join the agency in 1997. Together, Pat, Kim, and the rest of the team have worked tirelessly to provide exceptional customer service and support, which has earned us a loyal clientele who have remained with us for generations.
