Ag Crop Insurance Agency Inc. was founded in 1997 with a simple goal: to provide small town and rural customers in Texas, Oklahoma, and New Mexico with reliable and personalized insurance solutions. Who We Are
Ag Crop Insurance is led by three experienced professionals with deep understanding of agriculture and insurance:
- Erick Richards: Founder and President, holds a B.S. in Ag Systems Management from Texas A&M University and actively farms crops and cattle.
- Don Heller: Vice President and former farmer, possesses a B.S. in Animal Science from Texas A&M University and extensive experience as an independent crop insurance adjuster.
- Leigh Nauert: Office Manager, brings valuable business and agricultural knowledge to the team after successful careers in both corporate and agricultural settings.
