Our History

Founded by John C. Nimmo, Sr., the agency began in a home office before moving to Buffalo in 1958. In 1962, John Nimmo was joined by his son Doyle, and in 1970, the family business was officially passed from father to son. Today, we continue to operate as a family-run business, with multiple generations of the Nimmo family involved in the agency's operations.

Our Team

Our team is comprised of highly experienced and licensed insurance professionals, including Glenda Crawford, who has been with the agency since 1978 and specializes in commercial lines. Leslie Haney, who joined in 2004 and specializes in personal lines, and Devona Allen, who has been with the agency since 1994 and focuses on personal lines as well. Each member of our team is dedicated to providing exceptional service and ensuring that our clients receive the best possible coverage options.
