Our team consists of 16 dedicated professionals across five states, bringing over 225 years of combined experience in aviation insurance.

Frank Kimmel, our President, has been instrumental in shaping our company's vision and direction. With over 14,000 flight hours logged and an ATP license, Frank has a deep understanding of the aviation industry and its unique challenges. He has received numerous awards for his contributions to the industry, including the John Robert Horne Safety Award and the Allied Industry Distinguished Service Award.

Luke Uithoven, our Vice President, has been with KAI since 2007. He is a graduate of Mississippi State University with a degree in Risk Management, Insurance, and Financial Planning, and he is a private pilot. Luke is an active member of the Aviation Insurance Association, the National Agricultural Aviation Association, and the Mississippi Agricultural Aviation Association, and he has served on the Education Committee for the Aviation Insurance Association.
