Partnering with top-rated carriers like Utica National and Liberty Mutual, we offer customizable policies essential for securing agency appointments and managing professional risks.
Cyber Liability Protection
Stand-alone cyber liability coverage addresses both first and third-party liabilities, including social engineering fraud protection. Available through Great American Insurance Group and other carriers, our program offers split limits up to $1M and shared limits up to $3M with competitive pricing for PIA members.
Umbrella Liability Coverage
This coverage extends protection beyond underlying policy limits while adding coverage for general liability, auto liability, and employer's liability. Partnering with Penn National, we provide cost-effective umbrella policies that coordinate with existing E&O insurance programs for comprehensive risk management.
Employment Practices Liability
Our EPLI coverage protects against claims related to workplace discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination. Available as both standalone policies and endorsements, coverage includes defense costs outside policy limits with options up to $1M and premiums starting at $100 annually.
