About Our Founders

Everyone's story is unique, but we hope that our experiences over the last 30 years have given us a glimpse of what it's like to walk in your shoes. Our professional experience has afforded us opportunities to serve as employees, managers, corporate leaders, and business owners; and, from a personal standpoint, we know what it's like when a tragedy hits home. With compassionate care born from sadness, loss, and a journey of overcoming, our founders remain personally involved and available for every account.

Founded in 2004, Integrity Services and Solutions is an independent insurance agency based in Wyomissing, Pennsylvania that specializes in group and individual health, life, disability, long term care, vision, dental, and property and casualty insurances. Diane (Shepler) Klinger - President - Human Resource Advisory Solutions and Employee Benefits

The roots of Integrity Services and Solutions are founded in our President, Diane (Shepler) Klinger's management role of a local 100+ employee company. In this capacity, Diane served as director of human resources and was responsible for the management of employees, implementations of new computer systems, payment processes, and management programs. After over 15 years of serving in this role, Diane went on to pursue her securities and insurance licenses with a large insurance and investment firm in King of Prussia, while maintaining a highly trusted consulting relationship with her prior employer.
