The Hawaii Captive Insurance Council (HCIC) is a non-profit corporation dedicated to promoting, developing, and maintaining a quality captive insurance industry in the State of Hawaii. Established in 1991, the HCIC serves as a bridge between captive owners, regulators, legislators, and captive service providers. Our mission is to unify and support captive owners, while advocating for issues and initiatives that benefit the industry.
