Deception and Poor Service
The auto insurance brokers at Nhuy Insurance & Financial Agency have been accused of dishonesty. The author, Tuan Razikeen, had been a client of Safeco Insurance through Nhuy Insurance, but after receiving a 40% increase in premium, he decided to switch to AAA Insurance. When he informed Safeco of his intention to cancel, they told him to contact Nhuy Insurance to cancel his policy.
However, when he tried to cancel his policy with Nhuy Insurance, they claimed they didn't have his record. Despite this, Nhuy Insurance sent him a overdue payment invoice two months later, demanding payment for a policy he had already cancelled. The author had kept a record of all correspondence and forwarded it to the collection agency.
Unbelievable Treatment
The customer service provided by Nhuy Insurance was described as "crude" and "unbelievable." The author was forced to deal with a collection agency, which he also had to provide proof of his current AAA insurance coverage, including the starting dates and copies of correspondence.
The entire experience was marred by dishonesty and poor service. The author was left feeling frustrated and disadvantaged by the lack of transparency and professionalism displayed by Nhuy Insurance.
