Donald R. Yert founded DRY Insurance Group in 1977 after a career in insurance claims and underwriting. He holds a marketing degree from Ohio State University and remains active in local community affairs, particularly supporting Gilmour Academy sports programs.

Brad Yert joined the agency in 2006 after working in claims and underwriting departments at major insurers. He graduated from Ohio Wesleyan University in 2003 with a business degree and oversees operations as Executive Vice President.
