Medicare and Medigap
As an independent insurance agency, we have the ability to select from a wide variety of insurance products to suit each client's situation. We do a thorough, needs-based analysis for every client, which narrows down a crowded marketplace to several excellent personalized options. If you're Medicare eligible, we can help you choose the right plan, whether it be a Medicare Supplement, Medicare Advantage Plan, or a Part D Prescription Drug Plan.
Annual Election Period
The Annual Election Period (AEP) for 2024 begins on October 15th for Medicare beneficiaries. We will schedule individual review appointments (either by phone or in person) with our clients this year. Please read and review the Annual Notice of Change from your insurance carrier prior to the appointment. We will need the following:
- Your Medicare card
- Name of your Primary Care Doctor
- Full prescription drug list, including dosage and frequency
- Name of your pharmacy
Open Enrollment Period for Major Medical
The Open Enrollment Period (OEP) for Major Medical plans for 2024 begins on November 1, 2023 for policyholders who have individual and family Major Medical plans. We will be sending postcards out to our current clients at the end of October to remind you of this timeframe.

Excellent Customer Service
