Our History
Located in Dubuque, Iowa, Dubuque Insurance Services has a rich history that dates back to the mid-1990s. Led by Phil and Debbie Meyer, our organization has been dedicated to providing top-notch insurance services to the local community. In 2023, we partnered with First MainStreet Insurance (FMSI) to expand our capabilities and better serve our clients. FMSI is a organization that supports rural insurance agencies, enabling us to access additional resources and carrier markets to provide our clients with the best possible solutions.
