Disappointing Customer Service
Paula Beverly, a disgruntled customer, gave Strong Insurance a 1-star rating due to a poor experience with their customer service. The owner, who she found out was also the president of the company, answered her call and repeatedly interrupted her while she tried to explain her issue. The situation escalated, and the president hung up on her. His wife eventually called back and agreed to file the claim, but Paula left feeling disappointed and frustrated with the company's attitude and tone.
