Positive Experience: Jason was great to work with, answering all questions and reviewing and comparing old policies to new, making no pressure feel like a switch. Tristan saved a reviewer a lot of money and provided excellent customer service. Mary Kay O'Connell went above and beyond to help a reviewer with a claim, spending over an hour obtaining a correct email to pursue the matter. Dan M. and Jason Nuxel were both praised for their professionalism and helpfulness.
Negative Experience: Ahmed Nagy had a terrible experience with an agent who laughed at them and made fun of them in an unprofessional and rude manner. The agent also increased their bill without notice.
Claims and Billing Issues
Positive Experience: State Farm's customer support team was able to fix a reviewer's issue with their bill and changed their agent to another one. The reviewer was pleased with the quick resolution.
Negative Experience: Megan Jacobs reported that her bill increased significantly without explanation, and when she called to ask about it, she was told that her new address had increased her rate. The agent was unwilling to explain the increase.
