Mark has over 41 years in the life insurance industry, with comprehensive experience in finance, statutory accounting, product development, operations, and mergers & acquisitions.

Managing Director - Annuity Operations

Michael Sason

Michael is a seasoned professional who has been instrumental in spearheading the development of the Annuity line of business. With many projects under his name, the flagship project he has successfully led was the launch of the Security 5 MYGA.

Executive Vice President - Credit Administration

Toby Osborne

Toby oversees Credit Processing, Reporting, Underwriting, Reinsurance, and Claims administration. He works closely with our lending partners and sales department to achieve their credit insurance goals through training and support.
