Our History

Our agency has a rich history that dates back to 1909. Over the years, we have grown through aggressive marketing and the acquisition of nearly 15 agencies, including Lester W. Myers, C.W. Day & Son, and D. Bruce Kerr. Today, our agency is owned and operated by three long-time employees and corporate officers: Caroline Day Scruggs, AAI, CIC; James Andrew Day, CIC; and Stephen J. Deadrick, CLU, CIC. We are committed to providing exceptional service to our clients and building long-term relationships with them.
