She is a skilled and experienced presenter, training and consulting on risk management, claims handling, and insurance marketing. Nancy holds a Master's degree in Sociology from Lincoln University and has earned the Associate in Risk Management (ARM), Associate in Claims (AIC), and Insurance Training Professional (ITP) designations.
