Negative Experiences
However, Randi Norman's experience with Kevin was disastrous. Despite initially agreeing to non-automatic withdrawals and being told her insurance premium would be $63.96, her premium unexpectedly increased to $97. Randi paid the increased premium, but then experienced issues with automatic withdrawals. When she asked that the company refund the withdrawn funds, she was charged $35, which she deemed an excessive fee. Randi is furious and vows to never use the company again.
