Our story begins with Robert Solberg, who joined his father's insurance agency, Nash, Solberg & Company, in 1975. Over the years, Solberg learned the ins and outs of the agency and insurance industry, working part-time while pursuing his education. He eventually joined his father's firm full-time, and in 1987, he bought the agency from his father.
