Our History

As a family-owned and operated business, we've been serving the Central City, Nebraska, and surrounding areas for over two decades. Our owner and broker, Marilyn Catlett, has been in the industry since 1995, when she started her crop insurance business, Catlett Insurance. She later received her Real Estate Agent license in 1995 and began her career in real estate. In 2006, she received her Broker license and combined her two passions, creating Catlett Real Estate & Insurance.
