Our Team

Andy Johnson, a proud graduate of Michigan State University, founded the agency with Pete Baum in 2012. Andy brings a wealth of experience in the insurance industry and a passion for helping people with all of their insurance needs. He's also an avid sports fan and enjoys coaching youth teams in his free time. Pete Baum, a Central Michigan University alumnus, brings a background in parks and recreation and a strong focus on customer service. He's a family man and enjoys sports, travel, and home projects. Deb Smith, a Battle Creek native and a licensed insurance professional, joined our agency as a Sales Producer after owning her own agency for 12 years. She's dedicated to creating lasting customer relationships and ensuring our clients have the best possible coverage.
