Preneed insurance funds your prearranged funeral plan through life insurance or annuity policies. Payments can be made upfront or over 3-10 years, locking in funeral costs at today's prices.
How does the payment process work?
Choose single-pay (full payment upfront) or multi-pay options (3, 5, 7, or 10-year terms). Our agents help select the best payment plan based on your financial situation and coverage needs.
Can I change my funeral arrangements later?
Yes, but changes may affect payment arrangements. Contact our Customer Service Department to review contract modifications and ensure your insurance policy continues covering the updated plan.
What happens if I move out of state?
Funeral arrangements can't transfer to another state. However, your life insurance policy remains active, and funds can cover funeral costs wherever services are needed.
How do families access benefits when needed?
Families should contact the designated funeral home or our Claims Department at 1.800.756.7306. Provide the policy ID card information to initiate the claims process and access pre-funded benefits.
