A Legacy of Excellence

Rhodes Insurance was founded in 1882 by S. W. Narregang, who established the Narregang Investment Company in Aberdeen, South Dakota. In 1905, G.W. Hart founded the G. W. Hart Farm Mortgage Company in Bryant, South Dakota, which later relocated to Watertown. In 1918, Hart joined Narregang in a partnership that would eventually become Rhodes Insurance.

A Heritage of Service

The Anderson Agency, founded in 1938 by Clifton "Clif" Anderson, has a long history of serving the community. Over the years, the agency grew through strategic acquisitions and mergers. In 2010, Rhodes Insurance and the Anderson Agency merged to form RhodesAnderson Insurance, creating a stronger and more comprehensive insurance provider.
