William Dempster started the agency from his home, and over the years, it grew and expanded to meet the changing needs of the community. In 1991, Laurie and Casey, William's daughter and son-in-law, joined the agency and took over its operations. In 2005, we acquired the Harold Plack Agency, further expanding our services and expertise.
