From our inception as Miller Dredge Insurance Agency to our current form as Envision Insurance Group, we've always put our customers first.
Our History
Our journey began in 1927 with the Chandler, Hinchman Agency and the L.D. Johnson Agency. In 1979, we transformed into Miller Dredge Insurance Agency, solidifying our reputation as an independent agency with a focus on highly rated and trusted insurance companies. Our current owner, Jeff Peterson, opened our Peoria office in 1993, followed by the purchase of Miller Dredge Insurance Agency in 2005 from Larry Miller. Envision Insurance Group was founded in 2007, marking the beginning of a new chapter in our history.

Customer Service Issues
Several reviewers expressed dissatisfaction with the customer service provided by Envision Insurance. Mike Hodgen, who had a positive experience with Eagle Rock Insurance before it was taken over by Envision, felt that Envision did not care about him and only wanted his money. Vicki, a small business owner, was blocked from comparison shopping for insurance quotes, which she considered unprofessional. David Norman, who had a commercial insurance policy with Envision, felt that his agent didn't keep in touch and was not helpful when he needed assistance after his business was robbed.
Lack of Transparency and Communication

David Norman was unhappy that his agent didn't inform him that he didn't have the correct coverage for his business, resulting in over $10,000 in damages not being covered.
