The agency was purchased by Dale Oldenburg in 1985, who brought his expertise in farming and insurance to the table. Dale's leadership and guidance have been instrumental in driving the agency's growth and success.

In 2007, Tony Oldenburg joined the agency, bringing a new generation of leadership and energy to the team. His determination and optimism have continued to propel the agency forward. In 2015, Allison Oldenburg Perske joined the team, bringing her extensive experience in business and a passion for helping others. Her insights and creativity have further enhanced the agency's capabilities.
