As a lifelong Kentuckian, I, Megan Imel, have a deep understanding of the importance of community and family. After relocating to Louisville to attend the University of Louisville in 2006, I discovered my true calling in the insurance industry and became a licensed agent team member with State Farm. Today, I am living my career dream as the owner of my own agency in The Highlands.

We ensure families stay in homes, commute to work, pursue education, and enjoy vacations even in unpredictable circumstances. In 2023, we had a record year, insuring more cars, homes, and lives than ever before.

Community Involvement
I'm not just about insurance. I'm a community champion! I serve on The Cabbage Patch Board of Directors, volunteer at our church and support the Louisville Zoo and Cedar Lake. I'm also involved with The Fillies Inc. and I'm a former Queen of The Kentucky Derby Festival Royal Court. My first official duty was to knight Coach Denny Crum into the KDF Knights & Dames.
