C&C Family Insurance Services was founded by Carlos Carrillo, who has over 25 years of experience in managed care, specifically in the Medicare, Medi-Cal, and Healthy Families programs. Our team has directed and managed Community Outreach Teams in various counties throughout California, promoting these lines of services. We are committed to helping people and their communities and are dedicated to providing the best possible resources and guidance.
