Our Story

Jones Insurance Agency was founded by brothers Johnny Jones and Jimmy Jones in August 1952 as a Thibodaux-based agency. In February 1999, Jones Insurance Agency became Jones Insurance Services under the ownership of Johnny's son, Ben Jones. The agency continued to grow and expand, acquiring A-Access Insurance, a local Thibodaux-based insurance agency, in 2001. In 2004, Jones Insurance Services acquired Hebert's Insurance Agency of Houma, which focused primarily on auto and home products. Within the past decade, the agency has opened office locations in Houma and Raceland, Louisiana.
