Chris Smartt, a native of Fulton County, PA, joined the agency in 2001 and manages the Hancock, MD office. He is a licensed insurance agent who sells and services all lines of insurance.

The Close Insurance Agency's veteran staff includes Maritza Miller, Ginger Whiteside, Amy Stull, and Julie Exline, each of whom brings extensive experience and professionalism to the table.
