Founded in 1980, our team has been dedicated to providing sound insurance coverage to our friends and neighbors in the West County. We understand that insurance can be confusing and overwhelming, which is why we strive to make it easy, affordable, and understandable for our customers.

Our Team

Our team of professionals is dedicated to providing exceptional service and expertise to our customers. Meet our owner, Patrick M. Shippee, who has been leading the agency for many years. Our office manager, Carol Shippee, is always happy to assist with any questions or concerns. We also have a team of licensed agents, including Justin Moffatt, Sonya Hamdan, Robin Clark, and Christine Luis-Schultz, who are dedicated to providing personalized attention to each of our customers.

We understand that accidents can happen, and when they do, we're here to help. If you have a claim during regular business hours, please call our office directly. During non-business hours, feel free to call the company directly. We work with various insurance companies, including Concord Group, Foremost, Grundy, Hagerty, Commerce Insurance, MPIUA, Providence Mutual, and State Auto Insurance.
