Our History

Logical Planning Solutions was founded in 2004 by Damian Mochan to help employers with employee benefit insurance and investment services. After the implementation of the PPACA, our team has focused exclusively on employee benefits and compliance services for companies. In 2015, we created 1 Benefit Solutions to provide the same services while allowing us to partner with other professional organizations such as P&C insurance agencies and financial institutions.
