Our History

East End Health Plan was established in 1990 as a consortium of school districts from the East End of Long Island. Our goal was to provide health insurance benefits to our employees, and we have been successfully doing so for over three decades. Today, we proudly serve over 2,000 participants, offering medical benefits, a prescription drug plan, and vision plan.
