Disappointment and Appreciation
The reviews provided paint a mixed picture of James Ralph's behavior as an insurance professional. On one hand, Doug Craig Biz had a highly positive experience with Mr. Ralph, describing him as "informative" and stating that he "looks out for his clients by providing us with several options." This is reinforced by the fact that Mr. Craig gave Mr. Ralph a 5-star rating.
On the other hand, Lance McGhee had a significantly worse experience, giving Mr. Ralph a 1-star rating and describing him as "totally unresponsive and unprofessional." Mr. McGhee claimed that he spoke to Mr. Ralph multiple times and even met with him in person, but never received a response after providing the necessary information twice. This behavior led Mr. McGhee to explicitly state that he would not recommend Mr. Ralph.
Technical Issues
In a separate review, Emily Anderson apparently had a minor issue with Mr. Ralph's office, stating that it would be a good idea to have a working phone line instead of hooking it up to a fax machine.
