Poor Service Experience
Unfortunately, not all experiences with Insurance Factors have been positive. Brian Crawford had a horrible experience with the company. Despite being a long-time customer, he felt ignored and treated poorly. The company's services were delayed, and he received numerous excuses, but no resolution to his issues. The author feels that the company's poor service has impacted his business, and he is extremely dissatisfied with the service.
